If something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got your back for all eligible purchases. We prioritise your satisfaction and safety.

To ensure a positive and secure shopping experience, we have established the Bushpop Buyer Protection program. This program promises the following protections:

Refund Policy: If an item you purchase is significantly different from what was advertised, you are eligible for a partial or full refund. Simply contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

Your purchase is eligible for refund if Bushpop finds:

• The item you purchased doesn’t match its photos, description, condition, material, and/or measurement.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• Your item didn’t arrive or was lost in the mail.
• Your item cannot be authenticated by us.

Authenticity Guarantee: Every item listed on Bushpop is reviewed to ensure it matches the description provided by the seller. We strive to prevent counterfeit or misrepresented items from being sold on our platform.

Secure Transactions: All transactions on Bushpop are processed through secure payment gateways, ensuring your financial information is protected.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, Bushpop will mediate to ensure a fair resolution. Our customer support team is available to assist with any issues that may arise during the transaction process.

Shipping Protection: If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the seller to provide a replacement or a full refund.

Privacy Protection: Your personal information is protected under our strict privacy policy. We do not share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.

While you’re using Bushpop, you can be confident that you are protected under these terms, ensuring you have a secure and enjoyable experience.

If something goes wrong with your order, here’s what to do:

1. Contact the seller: Send a message directly to the seller. They have the best understanding of their products and can often resolve the issue quickly and efficiently before Bushpop needs to get involved.

2. Request Bushpop’s review: If the seller isn’t able to resolve your issue, you can open a case for Bushpop to review. Provide us with all the necessary details, including any communication with the seller and evidence of the issue. Our helpful team will then step in to assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

3. Reach a resolution: If your purchase qualifies for Bushpop Buyer Protection, we will ensure you’re refunded for your order. Once the case is resolved, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining the outcome.

Fees and Payments

• Buying and Selling: Bushpop facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transaction but provide a platform for these transactions to occur. All sales are binding once a buyer and seller agree on terms.

• Fees: Bushpop charges a transaction fee on the sale price of each item, disclosed at the time of listing. Payments via card are subject to Stripe’s (or other payment gateways) processing fees. There are no listing fees. Payment to sellers is released after successful verification and buyer receipt confirmation. Users agree to pay all fees associated with using Bushpop’s services, as detailed on our platform. Fees are subject to change with notice provided on our platform.

Intellectual Property

Users have the right to sell branded items under the doctrine of exhaustion, provided these items are genuine and acquired legally. Bushpop adheres to Australian intellectual property laws and will cooperate with intellectual property rights holders in addressing concerns about counterfeit items.

Data Protection

User privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared in accordance with our policy and applicable laws.

Prohibited Items

Illegal Goods: Items that are illegal to possess, use, or sell under any applicable laws or regulations, including illegal drugs and stolen property.

Hazardous Materials: Explosives, flammable items, radioactive materials, or any hazardous chemicals such as fireworks, gasoline, paint thinner or industrial solvents.

Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives, or any items specifically designed to cause harm, including tasers, pepper spray and crossbows.

Human Body Parts or Remains: Human organs, bones, and other body parts or remains… (looking at you, Ivan!)

Restricted Animal and Wildlife Products: Live animals, endangered species, and items made from protected wildlife, such as ivory, tortoiseshell, or tiger pelts.

Perishable Goods: Foods, plants, and other items that are time-sensitive and can spoil or degrade in quality during shipping, such as fresh produce, dairy, seafood, and cut flowers.

Gift Cards: Physical or digital gift cards, vouchers, and prepaid credit cards.

Digital Items: Digital products, such as software downloads, e-books and digital media files, are allowed but are not covered by any protection program. Due to the intangible nature of these products, digital item sales are final with no returns or refunds.

Respectful Communication: Treat others with respect and kindness. Harassment and abuse will not be tolerated.

Authenticity: Be honest in your interactions. Misrepresentation, fraud, and deceitful behaviour are prohibited.

No Spamming: Refrain from sending unsolicited messages or spamming the chat with promotional content.

Termination and Suspension

Bushpop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate the rights of others. Affected users may appeal the decision within a specified timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of Bushpop will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
