Getting started on Bushpop is as easy as pie. Once you sign up, you can immediately start uploading items to your shop. Buyers can browse the site, search for specific pieces, and stumble upon your store. Transactions happen entirely on the platform—buyers can message sellers for details before purchasing, but it’s not mandatory. Once a sale is made, the seller receives payment and must ship the item to the buyer.

How to join Bushpop
Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or do a bit of both on Bushpop, the first step is setting up an account. It’s a breeze and takes just a few minutes. Every user can buy and sell from the moment they register. Here’s how to get started on Bushpop:
Enter your email: Make sure it’s a real one, as we’ll use it to send you notifications and other important communications.
Choose your username and password: Pick a unique username and a strong password to keep your account secure.
Add a profile photo: Select a photo to represent your account—this is how other buyers and sellers will see you on Bushpop.

You can source stock for your Bushpop shop from various places:
Your own wardrobe: Clear out those clothes you no longer wear, or find new homes for pieces that deserve a second chance. This helps keep the circular economy alive—good for the planet and your pocket.
Friends and family: Gather items from your nearest and dearest. Gently used or like-new pieces can help them declutter and earn a bit of cash.

Thrift sources: Rag houses, outdoor markets, vintage shops, car boot sales, and charity shops are treasure troves for your Bushpop inventory.

Listing on Bushpop
Listing items on Bushpop is a breeze, whether you use our app or the website.
Here’s how to list an item:
- Tap Sell > Sell an item.
- Add up to photos of your iem.
- Write an accurate item description (more on this below).
- Select the correct category, condition, and price.
- Tap Post listing.
You can also duplicate an existing listing by tapping the Clone from the Products section of your Vendor Dashboard.
How Bushpop fees work
Listing items in your shop is free, and you only pay a fee once an item sells.
A 5% fee is charged on the total transaction amount (including shipping costs), this is paid out to whichever friend referred you to Bushpop! There’s also a standard transaction fee from our payment provider, roughly 1.7% + A$0.30
Payments via bank transfer have no transaction fees!
Fees for Bushpop partners are variable and depend on the particular partner agreement.
If you were referred by a friend, they collect the entire 5% fee – so you make money together!

Here’s how you can explore Bushpop, whether you’re hunting for something specific or just window shopping.
Start with the Shop tab—consider this your launchpad for discovering all things fabulous. Here, you’ll find a curated selection of items we think you’ll adore. It’s the perfect starting point to uncover unique fashion treasures on Bushpop.
Found a seller you love? Hit the Follow button, and their new listings will pop up on your Feed tab. Don’t forget to Like any items that catch your eye—this not only bookmarks them for later but also helps us understand your preferences better.
How does searching on Bushpop work?
When it comes to searching on Bushpop, it’s as easy as pie. Tap the Search icon to find exactly what you’re after. You can search by:
- Different styles, like vintage or streetwear
- Your favourite brands, like Carhartt or North Face
- Your favourite Bushpop seller—just type in their username
Spotted something you like? Make sure to read through the description and check the sizing. If you want to save it for later, simply like or save the item. To access your liked or saved items, go to My Account > My Wishlist. If you’ve got questions, don’t hesitate to message the seller directly.
How does buying on Bushpop work?
Buying on Bushpop is easy. You can discover items by browsing or searching for specific styles or products. When you’re ready to check out, follow these steps:
- Tap Add to cart, then the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Checkout and double-check your shipping address.
- Select your Payment Type. Options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit, and debit cards.
- Done! We’ll email you a receipt with all the details, and your seller will ship your new item to your address.
How shipping works on Bushpop
When selling on Bushpop, the seller handles shipping to the buyer. Shipping options depend on your location. Some sellers offer international shipping, and buyers can message them for more info. Here’s how shipping works in Australia and internationally.

- Arrange your own shipping: Handle shipping yourself (pop down to your local post office or buy a shipping label from a third party).
International shipping options:
